NoMa BID picks 3 finalists for art project

From the Washington Business Journal
Three semi-finalists were picked to create a $100,000 public art project at the northwest corner of First and M streets NE, with one hailing from the D.C. area.

The NoMa BID published a call to artists for proposals last year to create art for a plaza space in the neighborhood north of the U.S. Capitol and Union Station and got more than 60 applications from U.S. and international artists, architects and designers.
