Windows 7 (RC) Release Candidate is scheduled to come out today for TechNet partners and on May 5th for a broader public release. This release indicates that Microsoft is ready for third party software & hardware developers to get their software and drivers prepared for the new operating system (OS) release. No final release date as of yet.
